We begin matching as soon as your profile is complete. Some people receive an introduction within hours, while others may wait longer depending on location, preferences and member availability. We'd rather send the right introduction than the fastest one.
Pulsera is currently free during beta. If we introduce paid plans or features later, we'll let you know before asking you to pay.
Yes. We use encryption, secure storage and trusted service providers to protect your information. We never sell your personal data. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
No. Your phone number isn't shared as part of your introduction. Video calls happen through a third-party platform, and if you decide to meet in person, we can provide a temporary chat link or ask how you'd like to stay in touch.
Absolutely. Pulsera is designed to be inclusive. You're always in control of who you're interested in, and we use your preferences to avoid incompatible introductions.
